Within Europe, shipping costs €3.95 for orders up to €100 – for orders over €100, shipping is free. 

 

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The period begins once you or a person authorized by you has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MG Brands GmbH, Maximilianstr. 5b, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, info@mg-brands.de) by means of a clear statement – for example via e-mail or letter. Alternatively, you can register your return directly via our returns portal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you – excluding any shipping costs, if applicable – within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment – whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (LSM Fulfillment GmbH, Straßäcker 2, 94330 Salching) no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We cover the return shipping costs.

If the goods are damaged due to improper use, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
